Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with Wisteria & CO. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. General These terms apply to all purchases made through our online store. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, we are unable to guarantee cancellation as orders may already be in processing.

4. Pricing & Availability All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

5. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

REFUND POLICY

Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be completely unworn — no signs of wear, use, or styling.
  • All original tags must be attached and intact, including any security tags or hygiene seals.
  • The item must be free from any odours, including perfume, deodorant, body spray, or smoke.
  • The item must show no signs of makeup, foundation, or cosmetic transfer.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, in the same condition it was received.
  • The item must not have been altered, repaired, or washed in any way.

Anti-Wardrobing Policy Wardrobing is considered fraudulent. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows evidence of having been worn, flag and restrict accounts engaging in wardrobing behaviour, and return the item to the customer at their expense if it fails inspection.

Refund Process Refunds are issued only after a successful inspection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Earrings and pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.
