Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Please note: All shipping fees displayed are indicative only. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.
UK Shipping We ship all UK orders via Parcelforce. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

Seasonal & Peak Period Delays During busy seasonal periods — including but not limited to Christmas, Black Friday, Valentine's Day, and Bank Holidays — delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased demand across carrier networks. We strongly recommend placing orders well in advance during these periods to avoid disappointment. Wisteria & CO. cannot be held responsible for carrier delays during peak seasons, but we will always do our best to keep you informed.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@wisteriaandco.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Wisteria & CO. cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
